upping dose of mertazpine

ive been taking antidepressants since 1998 and was managing well until 2 years ago when my meds ( 225mg venlafaxine 90mg propranolol )stopped working . After 4 months of hell as the doctor tried to wean me off of the venlafaxine ...needless to say it made me worse . The crisis team got involved and put me on 27.5mg mertazpine along with my original doses of venlafaxine and propranolol. This worked wonders until now ...I feel like crying all of the time again and suicidal thoughts. what I'm asking is should I up my mertazpine tablet .?has anyone got any suggestions

I wouldn't do anything with your meds until you place a call in to your doc.
