Does anyone know of resources where I could actually talk to someone else
with depression or bipolar and just keep each other company a bit.
I am home alone all day every day and the loneliness is really getting to me.
Thanks in advance

I do not have bipolar. However; I am home much of the time and would love to have someone to talk to you.
I'm not clinically diagnosed as depression, but I've been dealing with a lot of uncontrollable emotion for the past many years. (Seeing a therapist now. )
I'm also home alone a lot because of the work from home policy. Glad to know that I'm not alone, and would love to talk to you more.
FYI just came across this resource: adaa.org/supportgroups?titl...
put in depression support groups in your location (if u want. U can leave the location part blank). That's not 1 on 1, usually, but u can set up your own meetings with whatever requirements u want i think.
