.... knowing that doesn't solve our problems but it is the truth. It often comes with its partners fear, shame, guilt, harsh self-judgement.

They all suck 😂

that’s actually helpful because we can remind ourselves things are better than they seem and that may give us a better perspective on life. I’ve heard people say depression is a liar but never anxiety. It’s true.
