Aquired a taste for Peanut butter

This is so strange i use to hate peanut butter but since i been suffering from Panic attacks and anxiety/depression i get a spoonful of organic peanut butter before i go to bed been doing it often now ....i just thought i put this out there...🙂

As with 'Most Things' if it Works, for you, then Go For It. The exact 'Whys and Wherefores' aren't important- presides Peanut Butter is, unless consumed in 'crazy' amounts, Good For You.
