there are food plans for weight gain. I would look for something healthy with exercise so that it is sustainable and wait. I don’t know any woman that hasn’t gained wait at 35 if they haven’t gotten pregnant first. Not suggesting you get pregnant to gain weight :)

yeah im definitely not having babies until me and my bf are out of college, i just want a couple lbs back so i don’t hate how skinny i am. i’ve been trying to eat consistently and i work in healthcare so i’m moving 24/7 there and im trying to get into the gym or back into dance like i was in highschool. i just don’t want to loose more weight, i’d rather gain a bit and some muscle

Will you be working long shifts? That won’t help. It sounds like you are on the right track regardless. I think you need to stay the course. I’m trying to lose weight and I have lost a lot. But for a month I’m not losing anything. I cook healthy and exercise and drink water. Moderate alcohol. I stick to the right amount of calories. Last weekend I went on a moderately long hike and gained a pound! So also feeling a little frustrated right now. And sick of cooking.

I’ve been in healthcare for almost 3 years and I work 8hr shifts 3-5x a week depending on my class schedule but I do at least 5000 steps a night, which helps make me hungry and not put off eating. recently i’ve just been loosing weight and not gaining no matter what so i understand your frustration!

You mentioned getting back to the gym, when you go there do you do resistance training? A high protien diet (think around 80 grams a day) and regular weight training would do the trick. Muscle weighs more than fat and it would be a healthy way to gain a few lbs. I started weight training and minding my diet earlier this year and while I am down almost two pant sizes, my actual weight hasn't budged.

that’s a good idea, i broke my shoulder at the beginning of the year so that would help strengthen those muscles again! i’ll have to find a way to get all that protein in too! i just get nervous i’ll go back to eating like not even a meal a day and food making me feel nauseous when i do eat.

To gain weight you need to eat more than 2500 calories a day( read here about that betterme.world/articles/400... ). In order to saturate your body with such a high calorie content, you need to eat foods with a high fat content, for example, you can eat avocados, nuts, dried fruits as a snack. You also need to drink a lot of smoothies and shakes. The same, must be made from milk, nuts, fruits, etc. Also include salmon, chicken but without skin, turkey, eggs in your diet. And of course forget about junk food.

this ice cream war ended up with 6 members of the same family being burned to death all because of a certain run the van was on it sold heroin dope the lot hence the reason it was lucrative.

we had an Irish guy as our ice cream man 60 year maybe more 3 times per day 4 on a Saturday. every summer he`d go to Ireland and bring back loads of humbugs for his customers and more or less sold everything everyone loved him. one day a Walls ice cream van appeared trying to muscle in and the real guy came and chased him all over the village caught him in a dead end we never saw that van again.

If you are at a healthy weight then I would try not to worry about it too much. You are still so young and being thin is much better for your health than being overweight. Although I don’t know your situation, but if you’re getting proper nutrition and feel ok physically then you’re ahead of the game for the long term. You can always work out to build muscle and bulk up a bit, and increase your protein intake. Good luck to you!

Whole wheat pancakes with pure organic maple syrup, organic bacon, whole wheat biscuits with organic butter and home made fruit marmalade, non gmo and no pesticides used. Pure honey for your mountain grown coffee with non gmo goats milk. I think a Whole Foods store carrys all the ingredients. Leave out the bacon if you’re a vegetarian.

my bucketlist of places to visit is first UK,florida, cali, and then hawai and maybe alaska and ireland

CA is great but has its problems too. I went to Hawaii and was “forced” to come home as I was under 18. Still mad at parents about that. Love FL too, been there many times but never UK. That’s some place I’d love to go to. Still dreaming…

i feel like if i visit a foregin country im going to move there ..but your lucky you got to travel a bit

in reply to AXXES2

My father used to tell me to not place so much emphasis on Geography when looking for happiness. Of course, I moved 3,000 miles away from him just because he said that; as I wanted to be near a beach and warm weather. Looking back now, I completely understand the meaning. Geography doesn’t equal happiness.
