Trust and Gratefulness

I trust this day. Trust in nature. I trust the process and am grateful for this.

I move into it deeper, the trust and I rest inside something here to hold me up. Deepen the breath and let go… into relaxation… again focus on the breath Where we are can be perfect. Tune into the body as it trusts the breath, so naturally.

What are you grateful for? What is it like for you to be fully relaxed?

Lovely words ⭐️

Apple makes me smile:)

Fully relaxed is when I can empty my mind. I can get there with meditation and yoga.

I do find I can also zone out sipping on my coffee in the very early morning hours when the world around me is silent.

Grateful to not have had nightmares last night. We don't have groundhogs where I live. Thanks for the photo. Apple...how sweet. 🍏

Ha yes! I named him/her Apple because the first time I saw her was in my back yard eating apples from my trees.

I’m so glad you had no nightmares!!!

I love that. Does she hang out in the yard with you, or does she take off?

She takes off. Sometimes my dog Coco’s bark sends her off.

Sorry. Just saw your comment about my nightmares. Thank you! If only anxiety, and trauma went to sleep when we did. Ninety nine percent of my dreams are nightmares, so I am very grateful when I don't have them. :)

I used to get a reoccurring anxiety provoking dream of a bear chasing me and my family … well in the last dream I saved my family from it and haven’t had it since… nowadays of what dreams I can recall are not bad ones.

Dearest Starrlight, unfortunately our Anxiety has taught us not to trust, not to be grateful for the things that we do have in life all around us.

Thank you for your post which helps us realize how grateful we can be by allowing us to

trust and be grateful for every breath that we take. You've got this Starrlight :) xx

Awesome, Silver!

Nice post. Cute groundhog. My parents live in a more suburban area and about 5 years ago a groundhog came wandering into their backyard and it tried to make a home underneath their back porch!!! My Dad had to call animal control. They caught it and released it to a more wooded area north of us. Hope it found a better home. 🙂. I trust that sooner or later my life is bound to get better. It’s just been especially rough with this Covid pandemic that still isn’t over with completely.

sorry just now saw your post. So I haven’t seen the groundhog lately. I wonder if he moved along. He was living under our toolshed. Yes I think our lives will get better because we believe so and are trying our best to move forward.
