Over analyzing Depression

I have found in my experience one can over analyze depressive episodes Just my own observation.I try not to get too attached to my depression if that makes sense.

That makes sense to me.

I learned in a prior episode, as strange as it may sound, to embrace it. It seems to take some of the control it has over me away. Paradox?🤔

Yep sounds relatable . I get super worried if I have a bad day or feeling down then I think it's going to lead to a massive depressive episode . Like I forgot I can have "negative" emotions and that is also a total normal experience .

I know the exact same feeling. Now that I am aware of it I resort to one of my new "defense systems" Which mean either: change rooms; change what I am doing; or both.
