There are many online forums like ours which is UK based with members from all over the world.

If you are looking for in person groups, the best thing to do is Google search "(your condition)+(state you live in)". Putting the search in quotes makes the search more specific. You can alternatively do a national search or a more local one using the same method.

Your primary care provider might have some ideas too.
