Sadly I stay inside most the time

The heat and humidity are both experience indoors and out.We may not realize that we do sweat indoors as well.

The thing about hydrating is that it allows the blood to be thinner

and circulate better throughout our body.

Not having anything to do with your oxygen levels but your circulation

in general. When well hydrated, You can avoid feeling this dizzyheadedness

as well as skipped beats. I'm not a doctor but I've experienced this with

myself when getting dehydrated. :) xx

This has been happening to me as well. Do you think it's anxiety? I thought maybe it was my meds.

I do that all the time now, I have epilepsy, double seizure in 2018, cannot go up a ladder, have difficulty walking up hills, my equilibrium is up the left? I cannot get up from a sitting position, quickly or I get very dizzy, my blood pressure goes up, I being an OAP last month, really feel like one now! Got to take things really cool and slow😵🙄

You have so many symptoms. Have you considered writing them down? I question the wisdom of just sitting. I know if I sleep too long I feel like I am walking in a fog. Instead of feeling rested I feel ick. I agree with Agora on water. I live in a dry area so I know how easy it is to underestimate. Sometimes i really have to push myself to take in water. Even worse if I am at sea level. Just find a way. Even hot water which is somehow comforting all alone.

More like ever changing symptoms. Yes I’ve written them down doesn’t do much.

Well ya.. you gotta share it, analyze it, compile it. Just writing them down without doing anything with it doesn't do anything. There are whole groups of people that log bits of their lives. Then they add bits of information to help and they compile it or show a doctor. All sorts of things.

I feel like this quite often. For me it’s just my bad anxiety. It’s annoying af though and scary too. I have epilepsy and when I get these spells I’m convinced I’m going to have a seizure.
