My family just got home.

I feel terrible (sick) I feel guilty (working from home instead of in office) and as soon as they get home I can tell something is off. Everyone is in a bad mood and soon enough my parents are fighting. I can’t take this anymore, I need to get out.

"I feel guilty (working from home instead of in office)"

Why would you feel guilty working from home instead of the office?

A lot of people are currently working from home, it's (still) kinda a thing ATM.

.

If you want to get out, can you do your work from a library?

My family makes me feel this way thinking it makes me look bad at work.

They (IMO) kinda need to get caught up of what it is to live in a post-pandemic world.

Heck, most of the therapists that are available in my area will only meet patients remotely.

And if you can’t leave the house you should get a pair of noise cancelling headphones to drown out their fighting.
