I got sick from worrying
Generalized anxiety disorder isn't fun.
But give yourself credit for at least recognizing your worrying thoughts.
Try to get some fresh air (even if it's just an open window), and keep your mind occupied in any way that is either supportive or positive.
Great advice. Every little thing we do to take care, helps support our mental health. Wishing you both a good day a stress free day if possible. Yes let’s try to focus on the positive; make such a big difference.. sometimes very difficult but we can just try our best as any little positive thought helps.
Today I woke up worrying but I told myself that I can be fearless for now because I do have time and I believe all will be provided at the right time and I will work through life and to my goals I don’t have to bombard my brain with all these worries at this point. Its hard to stop binge thinking when we are used to it. Sometimes I focus outside myself to relieve the worries.
Real Me, do you want to talk about what is worrying you? Maybe that would lift some of the stress off of you to deal with why you are worried and think what can be done about it.
