Welcome. I guess feeling better and staying that way takes maintenance and perseverence. Today I had a good day. Achieved a few things.Tomorrow got a class to go to (sound therapy) after that the week could go by slower. Just have to keep on plodding away with hope in my heart.

That’s good for you, it means the change was needed. Why would it not last if you feel better?
Hello……if you’re feeling good today and you keep doing the things that make you feel better,don’t worry about tomorrow. I know what it feels like when feeling good isn’t the norm. I wonder how long it will last. So I talk myself in to enjoying it while it lasts. So many what ifs never happen and if they do, do something about it then, when you can.

Yes, the here and now. I think…..is there something I can do now about something that hasn’t or may never happen? No, because it doesn’t exist yet or may never exist. I’ll handle it if and when it happens. We just do our best to not worry. We’re always a work in progress.
