I have joined because I'm finding life abit harder then normal, I'm not someone who speaks about my emotions and lately even showing any emotions is hard as well

Hello denise, sorry you are finding life harder but the way to make life easier is to talk or feel your emotions. It is very healing. Try writing them out or talking things out. It is not a weskness to be vulnerable it is s strength. A good place to start is here if you like. Or find a trusted adult who will listen to your concerns. I always discuss my worries with 2 trusted friends and my mother, when she alive. You will grow considerably for it. You are only 23 what a wonderful age to be. Embrace life and reach out.

Read peoples profiles, maybe you can see a person you can relate to. We all have different ailments. Try daily guided deep breathing exercises with long breath holds , and cold showers or plunges , and exercise.. daily. And proper sleep and water and food. And have hope, have a dream , have a goal. But it all starts with hope . I am hopeful for you young lady. Please be hopeful for yourself! And we are here , the battle hardened warriors, living with our stuff and doing our best. We are always here for you.
