Thank you for responding. I have been really depressed and had intense feelings coupled with zero motivation to do literally anything today. I had some emotional and somatic flashbacks this weekend and today feels like the “response” to those flashbacks. I am so frustrated with neverending depression and all that comes with it.

I am so sorry you are suffering like that. Its a really hard place to be. I had PTSD, maybe I still do. I don't get out much . I know I am fearful of going places. I have one friend who I have lunch with once a week. I don't sleep well at night. I will pray for you and hope you will be feeling better tomorrow. 🤗

Life.....is so difficult at times. Maybe the answer is one day at a time. I am in a very difficult place in my own life. Sad alone and depressed. I am trying to do life one day at a time, maybe one minute at a time. Hang in !!
