This is why I want a dog one day 🥺 My cats do wait for me on the other side of the front door when I get home from work, but they're just trying to get extra food out of me (they have automatic timed feeders so they don't need me for food, but will still rub up against my leg and lead me to their bowls when I get home) 😅

That’s funny I say I would want a cat one day. Usually she’s happy to see me, but that was after a few months not seeing her so she’s extra excited

I shouldn't disparage cats-- Cats are great! I've had several, volunteered at a cat rescue, and currently work at a vet hospital so cats are kinda my jam 😸 They're great in their own way. But I definitely never had a cat cuddle with me like a dog (unless there is an ulterior motive 😂)

I’m sure cats are great cuddle partners. Though if I had a cat my dog would be super jealous and may push him out of the way 😂 (that’s how protective she is)

It's funny you say that- I actually got kitty snuggles from my Odin this morning 🥰 My other cat Bella is very attached to me and glared at him the whole time 😅 Thankfully no pushing though
