Headaches from Mirtazapine tapering

I’m tapering off Mirtazapine and experiencing pretty bad headaches. Can anyone suggest how I can get some relief?

i took that med for 6 days and hated it so my doctor told me to stop taking and put me on another that i also stopped/i never had headaches,try to be patient for 1 more week then call doctor if still w/headaches

I’ve had constant head pain for the past 31 years so I’ve tried many things. I can make a few suggestions but what have you tried so far?

Very little as I was afraid it would adversely interact with the Mirtazapine! However I did d try Paracetamol with small results.

Unfortunately, that is the part of the weening off process...
