Creating a healthy diet you can maintain for the rest of your life…for sure. My challenge is depression. Eating lots of produce helps me do the other things I need to do too. If the nutritionist is into short term weight loss in 6 weeks kind of thing I would look elsewhere. A lot of supplements are bunk but vitamin d , b12 and magnesium are effective. Everything else you are better off getting in your diet.
