I'm so anxious. About what happened yesterday. I'm just here, mom's sleeping and then when she goes to work, sis is gonna come home and tell me about all the bullshit that mom and everyone did to her, i'm already panicing and If she tells it to me, i'm gonna lose it and she's gonna get mad i'm panicing. I'm scared that when i move out, mom's gonna abuse her. I'm scared sis is gonna Come back and tell me all this. I'm already anxious.

You must get some help. If your mother abuses your sister then you will have to confide in someone. Maybe a teacher or doctor. You must get help.
