I deal with the same thing. I usually don't eat until 3pm-5pm and then later in the night I binge
The reason you binge is because you haven’t eaten all day. If you don’t want a meal have healthy snacks throughout the day. That’s called grazing.
I seriously don't even want snaks
Doesn’t matter. Your body is telling you to eat more regularly or it is going to make you eat. That’s what’s happening. Trade offs are a b.
One myth is that hunger comes from your gut. “If you follow your gut you will get what you need.” Hunger actually comes from a few complicated triggers in your brain that can be tricked. Even if it is an apple. You are not a slave to trickery.
Yep, before bed binge. I try to keep some healthy choices ready to eat but often grab the sugary and salty stuff instead.
Me exactly. What is going on with us. I thought I was the only one. And it is really bad to eat then go to sleep. Bad on the body that is
