Vivid dreams and Buspirone?

I'm going to preface this by saying I have stopped googling side effects because I drove myself crazy looking things up while trying Zoloft. I've switched to Buspirone for a number of different reasons. I noticed since I've been taking it the past week I have been able to recall my dreams almost every morning. Usually, I do not recall dreams unless it relates to sleep paralysis or a nightmare. I was wondering if anyone out there in the community had the same happen to them. It's not a negative for me to recall my dreams frequently, I was just surprised.

I have the same effect on Buspirone, I remember my dreams everyday, I wasn't sure why but now that you mentioned that, it kinda makes sense. I've been on it for about a month now and that's about the time my dreams seemed so real. I can recall the whole dream.

I have been taking zoloft for years and added buspirone in the last year. I havent noticed dream recall more. I also take meletonin and that messes with your dreams.

Melatonin definitely does. I noticed when I've taken it that I have strange dreams.
