Foggy mind after vivid dream

Does anyone here with anxiety have such vivid dreams that when you wake up, your kind is still there, like foggy and you can't seem to pull it out? I'm like that right now. It's scary.

Hi i do have sort of sometime i feel like this not real im not here i really feel that way is it the same way you feel??

You might be experiencing dissociation

Yeah, I guess that's how you can describe it. It's a scary feeling.

It really is I sometimes have that I would be laying down and then a huge image of something pops up and I don’t. Feel like I am at home

It's normal I'm afraid. I get some really nasty dreams and can feel like that for a day or two afterwards. It's unsettling but not dangerous or anything.
