I stop saying I’m having a bad day. I refuse to give the devil that much credit. But moments today have been hard today. I can’t get out of bed I need to do laundry and I need to clean the kitchen. No motivation to do none of these. I use to get help from an aid once a week but I haven’t had one in about two months due to staffing shortage. With my arthritis especially in my knees I’m having a hard time keeping up. The only family I have here is my son. However he seldom comes over. Need some inspiration

Hi I think you should relax for some time and then see if you can get out of bed
Some rest is good sometimes, maybe your body needs this rest. You can listen to some thing that cheer you up while you doing your work. Wish you a peaceful and joyful day. Send you all my love
Small steps are needed here. Firstly, perhaps you cannot get out of bed as your body is telling you to rest...you must never feel guilty about that. Secondly, cleaning is a real chore BUT can be managed. Choose one small area that you can finish fairly quickly and then see if that motivates you to do more. If you only manage one small area today then tomorrow choose another space to clean...small steps and eventually you will get there. Bets wishes.
Time to make some younger or otherwise able-bodied friends. Easier said than done but you gotta try. Is there anyone at church who could come over?
