I have been struggling with anxiety and depression. I'm glad that it's not an emergency and that I do not want to give up but some days the terrible thoughts I get are really scary. Hopefully writing posts on here will help.

See a dr , counselors are ok , but be careful, they don’t like it when you say you are ok and don’t need them. Most don’t have enough patients. So give yourself a certain amount of visits and don’t become a life long client. Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. Before getting out of bed do the Wim Hof guided breathing exercises free on you tube. After your shower rinse in cold water 5 minutes. Get 40 minutes of daily cardio exercise to produce endorphins.
hey, Welcome here. Well yes, it's not an emergency situation but it's not less than that you should take serious notice towards your depression. Otherwise, with time it gets worse, you should try coping strategies and some lifestyle modification as I am telling you my own personal experience. I am sure you will be fine. Take good care of yourself.
