It is not a bad thing to enjoy yourself, speak to a friend or therapist if you are worried. Go out more and it will get easier, you do not say how old you are. I was painfully shy in my teens, I did not want to join in anything. I got married in my 20s and I was married 18 years. After a divorce and re marriage my attitude has changed a lot.
