Yes, I have and the hormones of pregnancy do not help with the fear. In my experience when I was about 4 months long I started looking at all the positives and support/resources that were available to me to help bring positive vibes to the situation.

When you are growing another life form your hormones tend to go way the hell out of whack. Make sure you talk to your obstetrician and therapist about this. All of your care providers need to know what you’re feeling and how your chemicals are working or not working right now. This might ease up or not but it definitely needs medical observation for you and the little life form to be successful. Best of luck mom
