My GP gives me Diazapan 5 mg and I only use when I feel extremely anxious. It is very habit forming so I am very careful about taking it. It’s a wonderful drug as it lifts that big black cloud quickly but I have to be sensible. Good luck as you will have to wean off it gradually.
