Welcome, this is a good place. I’ve lived with mostly anxiety off and on for a long time. Prayer and the Bible, medication, self-calming techniques, and acceptance have kept me pretty high functioning. However you got to today, there is someone who can relate, and many who will receive your story gently. We’re glad you are here (and sorry that you need to be).

Yes, I agree with Salma2289. I haven't participated a lot here but posted something today and got some amazing responses. It does appear that the people here are more than happy to share and give support. So far everyone I've been in contact with has been beyond wonderful. It might help if you could share some specifics, like what's going on in your life at this time, etc., and what you're having troubles with. I believe if you do this you will get a lot of answers. otherwise, like Salma2289 said, and now me as well, you'll get support, empathy, etc. but little more unless we get more info. Please don't misunderstand and take this as being pushy, it's just difficult to offer support, etc. without knowing what it is you need support about. (I hope that makes sense, it is 2:40 am)

I started having anxiety and depression about a month ago just came up all of a sudden I am separated and had to sell my house and move to Ga for a year now I’m back in Florida been separated for over 2 yrs I’ve never had anxiety it’s a scary feeling like something bad will happen to me just want to feel normal again
