It’s funny you say that because I just broke down crying because I love them so yet I don’t want to live I’m so depressed I can’t stop crying now that I went off Paxil I got my emotions back and I am going off Zyprexa as well and see what’s under there. I’ll stay on buspar. It’s sad to want to die such guilty feelings when we love yet want to go.

Yes understand you I love my family and kids so much and feel so bad this anxiety and depression just ruin the time that I should be happy with them and enjoy life but I can’t Iam always scared anxious and depressed

You are so loving. It's very tough coming off meds. Our brains need to readjust. I like your words about seeing what's under there. Start with a clean slate. But there's no shame if you need to resume something for stability.

The love and comfort from an animal that doesn't judge us. They read us. The photo gives me a good feeling.
