Mitrazapine help please

Hi all after talking to my doctor he has increased my mitrazapine from 15mg to 30mg, I take one in the evening and I meant to take one in the morning but I’m worried this will zonk me out for the day, has anybody else taken these during the day and if yes what can I expect. I need something to calm my anxiety and my anxiety is higher because I’m scared to take the extra one. It’s just a viscous circle. Thanks for reading, any advice would so welcomed

I used to take mirtazapine, it did make me feel sleepy, so I took it in the evenings.

It may be that your doctor is building you up slowly by asking you to take one in the evening and one in the morning, and then will ask you to take both in the evening at a later date.

I found the feeling of feeling sleepy only lasted an hour or so, so you may find it's not a problem anyway.
