Does anyone else get nervous or anxious when they see so and so is typing and it takes them a long time to type or respond??

Yes . Sometimes when I am anxious , I struggle to even look at my phone and messages so I don't always reply until the next day or later . I tried to get into the habit of messaging back straight away when I am feeling anxious as the longer I leave it just says in my mind and then I start overthinking about what the other person will say or thinks of me. So now I message back asap and that has helped me . And I remind myself that I don't know what the other person I thinking and I that is also out of my control so there is no point of thinking the worst.
