Hi All -
Covid has been very difficult for all of us. I'm having a very hard time. I am a bit of an introvert and Covid has made it worse. My husband is more sociable but I never was and now even less so.
Anyone else feeling the same way?

Yes I can definitely relate. I noticed that I started to get panicky whenever I went outside. But I had to PUSH through it. I have my dog to walk, garbage to get out, errands, etc. I know it's uncomfortable, but just try to push yourself out every day, even for just 15 minutes or so. You'll find that the feeling goes away hopefully.
Heck yes! I'm not antisocial ,but right now I would prefer folk to stay away. Once the pandemic is under control I will come out of my hiding place!
Cheers, Midori
I haven't found it difficult since we were lucky enough to get vaccinated. I had all three shots and I go places everyday, unafraid of getting Covid.
I am feeling like don't even want to be around people I usually want to be around. It's just exhausting.
Yes. I have the same feelings. I feel very anxious going out these days even with vaccines. I’m not that social to begin with but yes the isolation has made it worse. I’ve started to branch out though I’m taking a yoga class where you have to show proof you are vaccinated. It’s nice to get out a bit. Slowly but surely. Baby steps for me. Maybe you could try finding something like yoga to do outside the house once per week.
