My mind is in so much distress. I can’t even explain it. It’s like my brain is screaming from the inside. Like my nervous system is on overload. How do I cope with this? Is this because of my anxiety or major depression? I feel like I’m going crazy or I’m going to have a seizure (not epeleptic)

I can understand your pain with all you have going on. The stress you are underis causing not only your mind to be overwhelmed but your body as well.
Stress can play a big part in most of the physical issues you are experiencing.
That's a lot for one person to handle.
I can tell you that you are not going crazy but are reacting to the cycle of stress
all around you. Has medication and therapy been tried? Once that is in place,
it is time to find some quieting methods to calm down your mind. Some "me time"
several times a day. Your subconscious mind is overloaded right now and so it
can't handle any more input. It's like a computer that needs to be rebooted.
Once you get a handle on your stress, the physical issues you have may get better.

Thank you so much for your kind reply. I’m going to look into therapy. I’m really anxious all day and am in a constant state of stress. I definitely can’t handle it on my own anymore x
I agree with Agora, your nervous system is reacting to the stress. First we react to the stress, and then we react to our reaction and the symptoms it causes. This becomes a bit of a feedback loop, and we can feel like we are becoming overwhelmed by it.
The good news is, you aren't going crazy, and you are not about to have a seizure. Your nervous system has just gone temporarily into hyperdrive. It thinks you are in danger and is trying to get you ready to fight or run away. But you aren't in danger, and you are not fighting or running away so your body is not burning off the adrenaline. So it is at a high level, and this is why you feel so agitated - like your mind and body are screaming.
If you can find a good therapist that should help. Even having someone to talk to relieves some of the tension, but they may also offer some other advice or guidance to help you cope and to bring down your anxiety levels.
