Hey guys, I’m a new user, I’ve been looking for a support group for a few months now and im extremely happy that i found you all. Ive been suffering from anxiety for over a year now, but my panic attacks hadn’t appeared until recently. It was two months ago and ever since ive been having a lot of attacks. I feel chocked and suffocated, i start sweating and my heart palpitates so fast that i actually feel that i wont make it. I need someone to tell me is this normal ? And how can i get rid of these panic attacks because im extremely exhausted .

Hi, I’m glad you found this site it really helps if you are feeling anxious and or having panic attacks. It’s a very scary lonley feeling. There are so many people that suffer from this. It can really take ahold of you. I myself suffer from the same. I wake up at night and will get anxiety feeling sweaty worried something is wrong with me. Usually I get up and like now I go to this site. Just reading others stories helps because you know you are not alone. Hang in there try not to let anxiety and panic take ahold of you. Try calming music going for a walk can be very helpful too.
