Anyone else been on diazepam?

Hey everyone

As I posted a few days ago about being anxious I got signed off for three weeks sick and am taking diazepam 2mg to help me sleep each night. I've had two nights of decent sleep but I feel so rubbish the whole day after, drowsy, slow, uncoordinated and really can't be bothered to actually do anything. How do I get past this? Ive got a week before my aniexty appointment and I want to be with it enough for it.

My doctor has said if I'm not feeling better to go back in two weeks and she will give me some anti aniexty medication or a anti depressant but I don't want to feel like a zombie all day. I know the diazepam is short term, but I hope I can sleep without taking it soon.

i have been on .5 mg of xanax for maybe 20 years/im supposed to take 2 per day but i dont.only to travel or to setttle a bad panic attack/i am in control of how many i take and when.DS
