Hi Itzallgood1, It almost sounds like Fibromyalgia which can very well followAnxiety issues. I've had it for years. Water exercise can help relax the muscles
w/o putting strain on the joints. Mild exercise to counteract the tightness all over
plus Physical Therapy can break up the trigger points causing the pain and stiffness.
Heat can help. Hot relaxing bath. As well as a full body relaxation meditation and
breathing before bed to help restore your REM sleep.
When not sleeping properly, Fibro can develop.
Have you seen your doctor regarding these pains? A Rheumatologist deals more
with body pain. It's a difficult situation to be in. Very wearing physically and
mentally. Hope you get some help. xx
You know what's funny about that? I did see a rheumatologist and she said basically only women get fibromyalgia when I brought that up. Weird.
Hi my friend :)The ratio between men and women having Fibro is about 9 to 1, but they do get it.
Sleep deprivation, deconditioning state from muscle tension and stress is what can
bring the body pain.
Most men handle Fibro differently then women by using alcohol in trying to relieve
their symptoms. They may feel a shame to complain about a so called "female syndrome". And so it can become ignored.
Many times, a life changing incident happens that allows the body to just clamp down
on itself. The brain chemistry can also change. The part of the brain that relays pain
basically stays in a stuck position,
May I ask what you diagnosis was when seeing the Rheumatologist?? If not Fibro what
is causing your pain? There are other disorders that can cause similiar body pain as well.
Knowing what you are dealing with is all important.
I can only go by my own experiences. Don't give up in trying to find answers and solutions with your pain. Your life xx
They offed it as osteoarthritis. Said I should be fine as it wasn't bad. My body thinks it's bad.🤣🤣🤣
Welcome to the Club xUnfortunately, the wear and tear of life eventually gets all of us (including myself)
