I don't have support from my family or friends. I finished chemotherapy end of February 2020 then we got locked down from COVID. I have Found I cannot stand this isolation. I would like a phone or internet support groups . I live in Snohomish WA.

I wanted you to know that you are not alone. I'm new here and I was drawn to your loneliness. I too am lonely. I am a caregiver to my mother who has dementia. Had to leave my job during covid for her care. That's a whole story in itself. Maybe we can share a little of our histories with each other. Online friends? I'm no stranger to cancer or lack of familial support. I'll keep you in my prayers either way. You are valuable and worthwhile and I would like to help because helping others helps me.
What a beautiful photo…thank you so much for sharing..I see hope in your eyes and a desire to get better…keep posting on this cite. The cancer society has links to support groups…around here there are groups of women who get together to meet …
I’m here for you. I finished chemo and surgery September 2020. I am 18 months in remission. Daily cardio exercise to produce endorphins helps . And I am 2 months in to the daily cold shower therapy. I do it twice a day it’s so helpful. I am just starting deep breathing exercises too. It’s in my profile in more detail.
