What keeps you grounded?

I have tried some of the most common techniques that all people know, but I realize that watching pictures or videos about cute pets like cats, dogs or birds make me go back to my senses again.

What do you do? It doesn't matter if it weird.

Swimming twice a week. It straightens out my head.

I love watching watching programs on the Animal Planet. I also have pictures of dogs and cats on my phone that I show to my client who has dementia. She loves to see them. Today when I left my shift at the townhouse complex, I met a beautiful catwho was nuzzling my legs. It felt so good

Animals are the best. When I'm out on my walks I slow down when I see a dog. I watch the dog and the owner, I like to see the love between them.

Exercise is what grounds me. I do it first thing in the morning and gives me a lift as I start my day.

I tried to send a cute video. I hope you can see it. It is about a huge dog with a tiny cute dog.

Lovely
