New meeting

Hi guys! I have another appointment with a new psychiatrist today and I am kind of nervous. I don’t know what to expect since all of my previous appointments have been different. Wish me luck!

Wishing you so much luck. It's normal to feel nervious espessially when previous psychiatrists got you wrong. Professionals here are so bad that i'm afraid to go. It's actually so brave to heal. And you're doing a good job. Something that helps me is to prepare my story and to be aware of what i'm saying and to ask them what they think and how it works. Hope this helps
