Is random negative thinking connected to unwanted thoughts? Do I let the random negative thoughts pass by?

ehhman, the random negative thoughts are your unwanted thoughts. As long as negativity plays over and over in your mind, it has the power in bringing on fear, anxiety and stress. Positivity must replace the negative thoughts in order for us to heal.

Meditation can help do this is a relaxed and calming way. Breathing also plays a big part of

controlling our emotions and thoughts. :) xx
