How long will this last?

I could sleep all day. I sleep 12-14+ hours a day. This has been going on for months. How long does it last? (See profile for additional info).

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix to rebuild yourself and your life..its a long process. I assume you have already studied your conditions and know what to do. So, be kind to yourself...dont put a time limit to it - it's too much pressure...as long as you as you take small steps each day to being the man you want to be.

I am in the worst flare up of Fibromyalgia ever - 3 months where on some days I am not able to do anything but switch between watching crap on TV and sleeping. I am getting better slowly and although frustrated at the progress, I keep reminding myself that there is still so much I want to experience and that helps. Right now, I have been up for +3 hours..cleaning, writing, reading the news...and see that as an achievement.
