I know there is fight, flight, or freeze when it comes to having anxiety. Here lately I've been "freezing." I feel sick to my stomach, my chest gets tight, I feel like I can barely breathe, and am so anxious. If someone were to look closely enough to me they would see the tears just welling up in my eyes. Do you usually fight, flight or freeze? Any advice? ~ Sarah

Have you heard of fear melters? You can google it. When you feel like freezing try standing up and wriggle your body. It gets you out of your head. There are a few others to try too. Sounds silly and that’s the point. It works.
