My first day of classes started and it actually feels good to get back into it. I have a theology class that's like a global affairs class which is right up my alley. As the professor was talking, I realized how closeminded I was to religion and the culture and history surrounding it. I'm a history buff but I only ever studied dates, events, cause & effect, and innovation. I completely glossed over modern religion. I'm hoping I'll have a more progressive mindset at the end of the semester and be better equipped to really understand history.
