Ok, I know it seems like I’ve been crying wolf. But I really feel better today. As I did my daily yoga routine, I repeated this mantra:

I am kind to myself, and I am kind to others. My body and mind feel refreshed, and I’m stepping off the yoga mat with an important lesson!

Happy Friday! Pat yourself on the shoulders, because you are kind to YOURSELF and feel better today! That's a huge step and I can relate, because just getting out of bed is a struggle for myself. Take one journal entry at a time, there's no rush. Good days and bad days, you make the best out of that day, in a way that you're able to. Keep up the great work! 😉
