Yes... this is the best way to start out. It's not easy, a lot of people give up on it. Meditation sites have so much to offer. Guided meditation can teach us many things.

I have been meditating for 1277 days in a row:)

That doesn’t work for me. Luckily there are a ton of other ways to do it. I prefer something that involves movement.

All is thought ! change your thoughts change your world, thats what Im saying, its not my way, these things have been practiced for thousands of years, ie meditation.
