Hi having depression right now not feeling good

Thank you. It's nice to talk to someone who understands, words cannot explain. It comes out of no where too, and it can be really bad and then I feel better after a while,, could be hours, days,, or even minutes Frustrating. The depressive feeling can feel like the end of the world been to therapy for years, meds, and holistic approaches
