What are your 3 things you’re thankful for?
1. God’s love for me!!!
2. My family!
3. Music!!!!!!!!!!!
I am glad I can take the time to honor the things I can feel gratitude over, despite sadness or loneliness.

I’m so glad you shared those wonderful things to be grateful for (2 weeks ago)!!
While my mental health seems to change a lot, I can rest in how God is steadfast.
I don’t have a dog. But, my family got one and when I move back, I will get to see it! It is a golden doodle.
I hope you’ve found something to appreciate on this Monday as well! 🎉🎉🎉
Great post!!! Love it
1) I did not downward spiral last weekend. 2) I'm heading to see my grandkids for a few days. 3) School is starting in a few weeks and I get to go back to a job I love (Special Ed).
Yay!!! I am proud of you for not having a downward spiral and taking a second to recognize how you made that happen!
It’s been awhile so, I hope you did have a beautiful time with your grandchildren. The miracle of children and their joy is a wonder!
So many things to be thankful for! Thank you for sharing and thank you for working your Special Ed job which is important, difficult, rewarding work!
My teenage parents, who were unmarried, unemployed and brave enough to have me. My grandparents, my good health for 61 years, the last year has been a struggle. My loving god , who I still seek and pray daily to understand. My wife and kids and grandkids. My loyal old girl dog, and the many before her. And the many lost dogs I have gotten back to thier homes . A good daily exercise routine. A roof over my head. My wife to kiss and do more of that stuff that makes me feel like a man. Food , and cool water. Medical care. The ability to earn a living. I’m sure I’m forgetting about 20 more.
I still have the ability to help others. Kindness of friends and family. And every day I wake up.😊
