Has anyone had success with increasing Remeron 30 mg to 45 mg. I am currently on 30 mg and thinking about increasing to 45 mg. I took this medicine last year and it worked great. I weaned off but eventually had to get back on it and I feel it’s not working as good as it did the first time

Remeron
I love Remeron for helping me sleep, although I am not sure if it helps my anxiety at all. I find that I often have trouble getting out of bed and going some days
I agree!!!! It absolutely helps with sleep. I also struggle some days to get out bed. It helps some with the anxiety but not as much as I wish it did. How long have you been on Remeron and what strength are you on?Thanks for responding
I have been on it for a little over a year. Initially, I was on 45mg but that was just too much, I was sleeping waaayyy too much! My doctor cut it back to 30mg, occasionally I'll take a 10mg Melatonin with it and get some amazing sleep. I have always had a lot of trouble sleeping which became worse over time with PTSD, anymore I don't really have super bad nightmares too often so that's a plus.
I set up a BlueTooth speaker to my PC and set Marc Rebillet's "your new morning alarm" to go off til' that got old, it got me motivated 😅 I'll switch it up but forcing myself to stand up and walk across the room to turn off an alarm helps a lot plus it's nice to wake up to music
Hi, I took Remeron for many years, 45 mg, but alone was not enough and I took also 1/4 solian. With both pills I'm ok, I can sleep and function normally. My advice is to talk with your doctor and if 45 mg is not enough take also solian. You must take care of your weight.
