I'm working on the same issue! I'm anxious all the time and it's exhausting especially as my job is to try and help others. I am at least able to take time out during the day to listen to calming meditations, really trying to stay in the moment and know I am safe. My husband is unwell and this has totally shaken my foundation 😥

Perhaps if you trust one or two of your co-workers you might gently explain that you sometimes experience debilitating anxiety. Maybe if they know a little more about you it will be easier for them to accept you have some limitations just like everyone else 💛
