I have had health anxiety for 7 years following a collapse when i drank too much alcohol.
Ive seen doctors, therpaists, psychologists and having therpay again.
Ive attended my local accident and emergency room over 60 times its ridiculous. I have no life. Every symptom i have i run to the doctor. I cant cope anymor ive had loads of medical tests but everytime i get a new symptom i think im dying. I cant cope anymore.

SpiritualT, you should understand how health anxiety works. When we become nervously sensitised our minds exaggerate small worries ten fold. I've got a cough, it must be lung cancer. I've a bit of a headache, it must be a tumour. My heart just missed a beat, I must be about to have a heart attack.
But you and I and your doctor's know it's all nerves. It's false. And even the blood tests and hospital visits don't give us the reassurance it should.
We think the doctors have "missed something", we know better than them, even though they went to medical school for 5 years and our experience is based on Doctor Google.
May I suggest to you that you will never cure yourself of an illness you don't have no matter how hard you try.
Instead concentrate on the illness you do have: anxiety disorder. You see, every time you notice another fake cancer symptom you flood your nervous system with fear hormones and these maintain your nerves in a state of over sensitisation. If only you could stop adding second fear to the flash of first fear then your nerves would start to recover and cease to be over sensitised and you would regain your quiet mind.
So stop fighting your fearful thoughts and fake symptoms: fighting only creates more strain and tension. Then just ACCEPT all these crazy thoughts and false symptoms for the moment. I mean really accept them, you know they're harmless despite them being uncomfortable. Don't just 'put up with them' accept them utterly for the time being. Because you can't fear something and accept it at the same time. And by agreeing to coexist with the false feelings for the moment you stop flooding your nervous system with fear and they return to normal and your health anxiety yields.

Yes if you’ve been checked by your doctor and it’s nothing medical like I have you have to accept these sensations as an over sensitised nervous system.
I try bit ill be relaxing 4 mthe no symptoms and boom. I think sboit it all the time. I have a thyroid problem then i think do i tske magnesium for the heart im scared feel like i dont know what to do . Vertigo is so bad too that i get alot that cant be health anxiety
Oh my how I feel for you...so what I hear you saying is all the tests came back with good results? If that's the case then focus all of your energy on that positive, please...tell the ugly negative thoughts you are in control...not them....
