Feeling worse then EVER

Hello everyone! Has this COVID situation made you feel WORSE than ever? made your life fall even more apart? I have gained over 25 lbs. Have not friends left. I sit in my house alone all the time. I don't want to go anywhere. I drink all the time. I am a recluse. My life is a complete wreck. I need something to give.

It's too much isolation!!! I've really put on some weight too. I've been vaccinated and I'm trying to work out more, I've become so lazy and sluggish . I'm glad Spring and Summer are finally here.

Maybe you can start with small steps. Like going for a walk for 15 minutes. I get up every morning and go for a walk. It does seem to help a bit.

Well I can't sleep at night at all, so I can't get up in the morning before work early enough to go for a walk. Then I get home and I just want to sit here by myself.
